1.  Is not this the fast that I have chosen? This words were uttered by Isaiah but they revealed what God desires to happen when we fast. To undo heavy burden, that the oppressed be set free, every form of yokes over lives be broken, that we take time to look out for people and do good to others, then there will be revelations, we become strengthened spiritually, we will Enjoy the Glory of God as He answers our prayers
